To whom, and to what, are you giving your life force

This is what I want to speak about today

I have been living in Georgia for many months now, deeply immersed in the writing of three books on spiritual intelligence and the vision of the new holistic human, all of which will be published soon.

In the last few days, I met several Israelis here who reminded me of something profound about the energy of anger, and where our attention goes while we are angry.

I met an older Jewish woman who told me she was, in fact, an atheist. We spoke about identity, choice, and faith. Yet beyond the words themselves, I felt something else. Anger, and beneath it, fear. Fear of being openly Jewish in a world where antisemitism still causes many good people like her to feel unsafe in their identity, or forced to hide it. And above that, anger. Anger toward her country, the political leadership, and what she sees as a system that does not truly serve or protect its people.

Then again, just last night, I sat with a few Israeli friends over tea. One of them spoke angrily about circumcision, arguing that it is an act of coercion that violates a person’s freedom to choose consciously and willingly when they are older. I could understand his argument, yet it was the energy of anger beneath the words that caught me again. I felt how it managed to enter my space, tightening, draining, exhausting.

These moments opened my eyes. Meeting people who carry fear around their identity opened my eyes, just as much as moments when I have met people trapped in ignorance, anger, and antisemitism.

From the outside, the two sides seem very different. Yet inwardly they are often operating from the same place: fear, anger, reactivity, and the handing over of energy to forces larger than themselves. One fears and defends through identity. The other becomes angry and rebels through ideology. Yet both are easily activated by outside forces, and often do not notice how easily power, politics, and religion use the energy of division and superiority to steal their life force.

Then, as I walked away in the middle of the night, along the seaside promenade with my dog, I finally had space to process the experience.

And I thought to myself that so often, the real issue is not the object of our anger, but what anger does to us while we are holding it.

You can be angry about politics.
You can be angry about religion.
You can be angry about the state.
You can be angry at your parents.
You can be angry about the past.
You can be angry about everything that was taken from you, done to you, decided for you.

Yet while you are angry, something inside you pays a price.

Your energy leaves you.
Your body becomes tense.
Your nervous system contracts.
Your mind fills with noise.
Your heart closes.
And you move away from yourself.

You may think you are fighting for truth, yet very often you are feeding a fire that burns you first.

This is what I want to speak about today.

The narrative is not always as important as the frequency from which you speak.

You can say something true from anger, and it can still weaken you.
You can speak about justice from hatred, and it can still poison you.
You can speak about real pain from clarity, and that becomes a completely different kind of power.

✨ And then an important question arises. ✨

If there is an energy that contracts you, drains you, and moves you away from yourself, what kind of energy brings you back to yourself?

If there is a frequency that darkens the system, there must also be a frequency that lights it up.

I call this essence light energy.

Light energy is not a spiritual slogan. It is an inner state.

Clarity instead of confusion.
Responsibility instead of blame.
Creation instead of complaint.
Compassion instead of poison.
Action instead of resentment.
Presence instead of reactivity.

It does not mean ignoring what is happening in the world.
It does not mean staying silent.
It does not mean agreeing.

It means acting without losing yourself along the way.

When you are angry about the education system, build better education.
When you are angry about toxic food, nourish your home differently.
When you are angry about leadership, create local leadership around you.
When you are angry about darkness, light a real light.

Some people spend their whole lives fighting darkness, and eventually become tied to it.

Others choose to build light, and the reality around them begins to change.

In the end, the question is not only what was done to you.

The question is what you are doing now with your energy.

Life moves in the direction of your attention.

🧠 For those who want to go a little deeper, I want to offer another angle.

Your life experience is created by two worlds that are always working together. The outer world and the inner world.

The outer world includes events, people, politics, money, systems, news, and other people’s decisions.

The inner world includes interpretation, inner state, beliefs, memories, attention, emotion, and imagination.

In other words, the biological system from which you meet life will experience every outer event differently, according to the state of your nervous system.

When your nervous system is calm and regulated, you usually feel more stable, open, clear minded, able to breathe, able to contain, choose, and connect.

When your nervous system is tense or overwhelmed, you may feel pressure, irritation, fear, anger, reactivity, difficulty thinking, difficulty calming down, and difficulty seeing the bigger picture.

When your nervous system is exhausted or shut down, you may feel weak, disconnected, tired, emotionally numb, unmotivated, or unable to move.

Many people think the outside creates the inside. Yet very often, the inside colors the outside.

Two people can go through the exact same event. One will collapse. The other will awaken. One will fill with anger. The other will find the strength to act.

What is the difference?

Not the event.

The consciousness that met it.

🧬 Bruce Lipton, an American biologist, has spoken for years about how the environment affects the body, and also how beliefs, perception, and inner state influence biology. When you live in chronic fear, the body enters survival mode. When you live with safety, hope, and meaning, the body functions differently.

In simple words, your thoughts are not just thoughts. They are a biological atmosphere.

When you live inside ongoing anger, the body does not know that it is only a political idea, a family argument, or a thought about the news. To the body, there is a threat. The system contracts. The breath shortens. Blood flow changes. The body moves into survival mode. And when the body stays in survival for too long, it becomes harder to heal, harder to rest, harder to create, harder to hear the inner voice.

This is exactly where you lose yourself.

The pain is real.
The injustice can be real.
The question is whether you allow the injustice to take your life force too.

🪞 Neville Goddard, who influenced millions and was himself shaped by mystical and Kabbalistic readings of the Bible, is said to have studied in New York in the nineteen thirties with a mysterious teacher named Abdullah. Neville took this idea in another direction. He taught that imagination and inner assumption are creative forces.

You live according to what you deeply assume to be true about yourself. If deep inside you believe you are powerless, life will begin to organize around that belief. If you begin to experience yourself inwardly as worthy, free, and creative, reality begins to move accordingly.

In simple words, what you feed inside begins to organize around you outside.

Neville would say that you do not create only from what you want. You create mainly from what you assume inside as truth. If all day long you assume that the world is dangerous, that people take from you, that you have no power, that you have no choice, then even when you speak about freedom, you are feeding an inner experience of slavery. Yet when you begin to hold a different inner image, of a free, clear, connected human being who acts and builds, you begin to move from that place.

🔑 And this, to me, is the most important bridge between Lipton and Neville.

Lipton reminds you that the inner state speaks with the body.
Neville reminds you that the inner state speaks with reality.

And I say that everything begins with one simple question:

Where, and to whom, are you giving your energy today?

🌱 So what do you do with this in real life?

First, stop letting everything steal your consciousness.

Not every headline needs to enter your body.
Not every argument needs to enter your heart.
Not every injustice needs to become poison in your blood.

Second, check every day where your attention is sitting.

On who is to blame.
On what is missing.
On what is upsetting.

Or on what can be built.
On what can be healed.
On what can be created.

Third, build a new inner picture.

How do you want to feel?
How do you want to live?
What kind of person are you choosing to become?
What kind of home are you building?
What kind of relationships are you calling in?
What kind of health are you nurturing?

Not as an empty fantasy, but as an inner direction.

Fourth, take one clean and simple action each day.

One honest heart conversation.
One nourishing meal a day.
One hour without background noise.
One quiet walk in nature.
One act of creation that lifts the spirit.
One piece of learning that raises energy.
One gesture of kindness toward someone who needs encouragement.
One brave step toward a more spiritual life.
One real moment of curiosity to know yourself.

This is how reality truly changes. Through building the new.

There is pain in the world. I know.
There is injustice in the world. I know.
The great question is whether you allow it to manage your frequency and steal your life energy.

💛 From my point of view, this is real freedom.

And the moment you bring your energy back to yourself, bring your attention back to life, and direct it toward what you want to create, something deep begins to move.

Inside first.

Then outside too.
